These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Stellar Construction SA (“Stellar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By accepting an estimate, signing an agreement, making payment, communicating with us electronically, or allowing work to begin, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Stellar will perform only the work specifically described in the written estimate, proposal, or contract. Any additional or modified work not expressly included is excluded and requires written approval and may result in additional charges and time.
Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Pricing is based on visible site conditions at the time of inspection.
Hidden or unforeseen conditions (including but not limited to water damage, mold, framing issues, electrical or plumbing conflicts, or prior substandard work) may require additional costs.
Client-requested changes must be approved in writing. Changes may affect pricing, materials, and completion timelines.
A deposit may be required before work begins.
Final payment is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may accrue interest as permitted by Texas law.
Stellar reserves the right to stop work for non-payment.
Client is responsible for all reasonable collection costs, including attorney’s fees, if payment enforcement becomes necessary.
All materials supplied by Stellar remain the property of Stellar until payment is received in full.
Client agrees to:
Provide safe, unobstructed access to work areas
Remove or protect personal property near work areas
Provide access to electricity and water as required
Delays caused by lack of access or unsafe conditions may result in additional charges.
Stellar warrants workmanship for 6 months from the date of completion.
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Structural movement, settling, or foundation shifts
Moisture intrusion, leaks, or humidity-related issues
Cracking due to temperature changes or building movement
Materials are covered solely by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Completion dates are estimates only. Stellar is not responsible for delays caused by weather, material availability, permitting delays, client changes, or acts beyond our control.
Stellar will exercise reasonable care but is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Hidden utilities or concealed services unless caused by negligence
Minor drywall imperfections, texture variation, or paint matching differences
Clients must keep children, pets, and non-essential persons away from work areas. Stellar complies with applicable Texas safety regulations.
Stellar may suspend or terminate services if:
Payments are overdue
Work conditions are unsafe
Client breaches these Terms
Client remains responsible for all completed work and materials provided up to termination.
To the maximum extent permitted under Texas law, Stellar’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the services performed. Stellar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for any dispute shall lie exclusively in Bexar County, Texas.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the approved estimate or contract, represent the entire agreement between the parties. No verbal agreements are binding unless confirmed in writing.
